4-H Scheduler Help

If you are having a hard time using the site to sign-up using the 4-H Scheduler system, follow the steps below.

  1. Sign-Up (or if you've already created an account, Sign-In)
    • Forgot your username or password? Go here to retrieve it
  2. Select an Activity for Sign-Up
  3. Sign-Up for an open time slot
  4. Print your schedule

Once you've created an account and logged in to the system, you'll be able to select an activity for sign-up. On the home screen you'll notice a box in the middle with a list of activities available for sign-up:

In the example above, you may sign-up for Interview Judging or Livestock Project Interview Judging activities for the Weld County Fair. Click on one of these activities to enter the sign-up screen for each activity.

Note: if there is only one activity that is open for sign-up, you'll automatically be redirected to the sign-up screen for this activity and will be able to skip this step

Once you have created an account, logged in to the system, and selected an activity for sign-up, you'll see a screen like the one below:

To search for open time slots, simply fill in the blank fields inside of the Sign-Up Box and click on the "Search" button. A list of available time slots will display with a "Sign-Up" button beside each one. Click on the corresponding button to sign-up for your desired time slot.

Once you've signed up for an available time slot, you can print your schedule by clicking on the "Print" button associated with your schedule. A new window will open with a printer-friendly view of events associated with your activity.
